A facility fee will be charged by the Los Robles SurgiCenter for the procedure. This fee includes the use of the surgical suite, nursing care, drugs and materials normally used for the procedure. There may be additional costs for items used specifically for your surgery.
A deposit may be required at the time of admission, which represents an estimate of the facility fee not reimbursed by your insurance company. Mastercard and Visa are accepted. If special arrangements are necessary, please call prior to admission.
Any lab, radiology, or pathology work ordered by your physician will be charged separately.
Your surgeon, anesthesiologist, radiologist and pathologist bill separately for their professional fees.
